tapsplain is a one-payment feedback page for clinics, salons, restaurants and shops. The owner pays $800 once. $300 of it is yours.
How a sale goes
You look the business up in the tool we give you, walk in with a sample card, and hand the owner your phone with the demo for their kind of business. They tap through it, which takes a minute and does most of the talking. You give them your code. They order on their own phone. We build the page and handle the client from there. Thirty days after they pay, if there's been no refund, your $300 is earned, and it goes out by Interac e-Transfer on the 15th of the following month.
What we give you
- Printed sample cards, and a live demo page for every business type.
- Your own discount codes. Give away any part of your $300 to close a sale, in $25 steps. Our $500 never moves, so what you discount comes out of your side and nowhere else.
- A lookup tool that reads a business's Google profile and drafts the first email with their real rating and review count in it.
- A portal with your pipeline, your sales, and what you're owed.
What we ask
- You're a Canadian resident, 18 or over. We check your ID once through Stripe, which takes about three minutes.
- You're an independent contractor paid on commission. No quota, no territory, no exclusivity, no fees to us, ever.
- You describe only what the product does. The one sentence you never say is that it blocks bad reviews, because it doesn't, and Google punishes the business that tries.
- You send email from your own address and follow the rules on commercial messages. The generator writes the footer for you.
What the work is actually like
This is walking into small businesses and asking for the owner, who is usually busy and often not there. Most conversations end politely and quickly. The demo is the part that works: owners who tap through it get it in about forty seconds, and the ones who don't tap were never going to buy.
It suits someone already moving around a commercial strip, or anyone comfortable being told no several times before lunch. It does not suit anyone who needs a predictable weekly cheque: nothing is paid until a sale is 30 days old, and we are a new program, so there's no pipeline waiting for you.
Applying takes about ten minutes: your details, the agreement, then the ID check.

If your page is live, your delivery email has a link that turns on your own referral link. Anyone who opens it gets 10% off ($720 instead of $800). When they pay and their 30-day window passes, we add three months to your service. There's no limit and the months stack, so two referrals is half a year.
The reward is service, never cash. One condition: when you share the link, say that you get something if they sign up. The wording we give you already does.
