After the first year
Renewal is $240 CAD (US$180) for another year of the page, the emails and the reports. We email you a month before, a week before and the day before. There's no card on file and no automatic charge, so doing nothing costs nothing. If you don't renew, the page pauses two weeks after your end date and nothing is deleted.
Changing the questions later
A rebuild after a rebrand, or after you decide to ask about something else, is $200 flat. The one round of changes in your first thirty days is free.
Refunds
Full refund any time before we start building. After the page is delivered there's no refund, because it's custom work that's already done. If something we built doesn't work (the page won't load, emails don't send), we fix it at no charge for the whole year.
Tax
Canadian orders pay GST or HST at the rate for your province, added at checkout. Enter a GST/HST number and it appears on your receipt. US orders pay no Canadian tax.
Pricing questions
Is there a monthly fee?
No. The first-year price is the only payment until you choose to renew, and choosing not to is one of the options.
What am I actually paying for, given it's one page?
The hours are in the questions. Picking six things worth asking a dental patient, wording both ends of each scale so the answers mean something, and getting the branching right takes longer than the HTML does. The rest of the money covers a year of sending, storing and reporting on the answers.
Do I have to sign a contract?
You accept the Terms of Service with a tick box when you order. It's short and in plain language. There's no minimum term beyond the year you paid for.
Can I add a second location?
Each location gets its own page and its own cards, so it's a separate order. Email info@vic2ryconsulting.com and we'll work out a fair price for two or three.
Do you have a discount code?
If someone gave you one, enter it on the order form and the price updates as you type. A code from a sales partner comes off the price. A referral link from another client takes 10% off. One code per order; they don't stack.
What name shows up on my card statement?
VIC2RY* TAPSPLAIN. VIC2RY, INC. is the Canadian company behind tapsplain and the one you're buying from. Our emails come from info@vic2ryconsulting.com for the same reason, and a reply to any of them reaches a person.
